Sketches for 2014, number 31 — Buddha’s hand

Location: Auckland, New Zealand
This bizarre-looking fruit, Buddha’s Hand, is a type of citron that originally came from China or North-East India.

It is used for its fragrance, and can also be used in foods such as salads. As such, it neatly ties into my post late last night announcing the start of my cooking studies blog: foodfn.
